Adam T. Kurth, Telecom Associate

Adam Kurth concentrates in telecommunications zoning, land use, and real estate matters. Adam has previously worked as an associate at a Massachusetts law firm on zoning, title and leasing matters for various telecommunications clients, and other real estate matters, and as a Land Use Intern for the City Solicitor’s Office, City of Revere. Adam’s experience includes:

• Representing telecommunication clients on permitting proceedings for siting telecommunications facilities.
• Performing zoning analyses and preparing zoning applications for a variety of telecommunications facilities, including special permits, variances and site plan review.
• Reviewing title materials and completing title opinions for potential telecommunications sites.
