Susan M. Roberts, Counsel

Susie Roberts concentrates her practice on commercial leasing, both retail and office, and on telecommunications permitting, transactional and administrative matters. Susie’s clients have included shopping center, office building, and hotel owners, national and regional retailers and office tenants, and a host of charitable organizations.

• Ten years’ leasing experience at Goulston & Storrs.
• Previously served as an Assistant Attorney General in the consumer protection and environmental divisions of the Massachusetts Attorney General’s office, and as in-house environmental counsel to two Boston financial institutions.
• Active in Boston and Brookline professional and community activities and has memberships in the Boston Bar Association, Environmental League of Massachusetts, International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and New England Women in Real Estate (NEWIRE).
• Serves as a Trustee of the Boston University Friends of the Libraries, an Overseer of the Boston Ballet, the Co-chair of the Board of Overseers of the Brookline High School 21st Century Fund, and a member of the Annual Dinner Committee of the Roxbury Preparatory Charter School.
