Mina S. Makarious, Associate

Mina represents clients in a variety of fields on environmental, land use, and municipal matters. Mina's experience includes:

Helping to administer the Environmental Law Program at Harvard Law School and serving as the Environmental Law Fellow;
Analyzing policies and drafting statutory language related to carbon sequestration technologies;
Assisting on a variety of environmental permitting matters for a major LNG port off the coast of Massachusetts.
Serving as lead associate in Chapter 21E litigation;
Researching and advising clients on a number of complex municipal matters, including developing policies for compliance with data security rules;
Serving as Legal Intern at the Conservation Law Foundation's Rhode Island Office, focusing on Clean Water Act work;
Assisting as Legal Intern at the Massachusetts Executive Office of Transportation;
Mina is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Phillips Brooks House Association and the Student Leadership Training Program’s Administrative Board.
