Stephanie L. Banos, Associate
Stephanie Banos represents both private and public sector clients in all aspects of commercial real estate matters, including the acquisition, financing, leasing and disposition of retail, office, industrial and multifamily residential properties. Her experience includes:
- Representing regional and national owners and developers in all aspects of real estate development, including zoning relief and subdivision and permitting matters;
- Assisting sellers and purchasers in connection with the acquisition and disposition of commercial and residential properties;
- Counseling landlords and tenants in commercial lease negotiations;
- Representing borrowers and lenders in mortgage and construction loan transactions.
Prior to joining Anderson & Kreiger LLP, Stephanie was an associate in the Boston office of Greenberg Traurig LLP.
