Seeking an attorney with a minimum of six years of experience in complex insurance coverage and bad faith matters including counseling insurers and insureds on coverage and claims handling issues as well as litigating coverage and extra-contractual liability disputes and complex commercial cases. Applicants must have superb academic credentials and superior writing and analytic skills. Large or mid-size firm background experience is desirable. Seeking Real Estate Associate.
Seeking an associate with 4-8 years of experience in complex commercial real estate matters including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, joint venture formations, public/private partnerships, zoning and permitting. Applicants must have strong academic credentials. Large or mid-size firm background is desirable. Anderson & Kreiger has a sophisticated real estate practice. Our clients include Millennium Partners; a leading national life sciences REIT; MassDevelopment; a prominent northeast real estate investment, development and management firm; the Massachusetts Department of Transportation; and several high tech and life sciences companies.
