Real Estate Associate 

Seeking an associate with 2-5 years of experience in complex real estate transactions, including development, permitting, leasing and title matters, as well as strong academic credentials.  Large firm background and experience in public-private work is desirable.  Résumés and cover letters should be emailed to careers@andersonkreiger.com by September 15.


Insurance and Litigation Associate 

Seeking an attorney with a minimum of six years of experience in complex insurance coverage and bad faith matters including counseling insurers and insureds on coverage and claims handling issues as well as litigating coverage and extra-contractual liability disputes and complex commercial cases. Applicants must have superb academic credentials and superior writing and analytic skills. Large or mid-size firm background experience is desirable. Anderson & Kreiger has one of the leading insurance coverage practices in New England.

Litigation Paralegal

We are looking for a highly motivated, detail oriented  paralegal to join our litigation team with a minimum two year commitment.  Our growing law firm seeks an individual who possesses excellent communication and organizational skills and has the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a timely manner.  Strong computer skills are a must.  Prior experience as a litigation paralegal is preferred.  Salary will be commensurate with experience, and the firm has a very generous benefit package.

Duties will include, but not be limited to:

  • Management of all aspects of document discovery from document retrieval to production;
  • Cite checking and brief preparation;
  • Investigative research; and
  • Assistance in trial preparation.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Ability to work independently, organize and prioritize workload, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong working knowledge of advanced functions of Microsoft Office (including Word, Outlook and Excel) and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, planning, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must manage highly confidential information with professionalism and unquestionable integrity. The position will require some overtime.
