Daniel C. Hill, Associate  vCard
Daniel C. Hill concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate, land use development, and general municipal law, handling a wide variety of transactional and litigation matters for public and private clients.  Dan has successfully represented clients before municipal boards, state agencies, and the Massachusetts courts.  He is an active member of the Boston Bar Association, previously serving as co-chair of its  Affordable Housing Committee.  In the field of affordable housing development, Dan is currently representing clients in over 15 separate Chapter 40B related matters.  Dan is a graduate of the University of Vermont and Northeastern University School of Law.

Dan has been named an Up & Coming Lawyer by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly, one of only 15 Massachusetts attorneys to receive the honor as "rising stars" in 2006.
