Douglas H. Wilkins, Partner  vCard
Douglas H. Wilkins has extensive experience in private and public sector litigation, particularly in the governmental law, administrative law, land use, and appellate areas. Before joining Anderson & Kreiger in 1999, he served for 14 years in the Office of the Attorney General of Massachusetts, most recently as First Assistant Attorney General. He previously was Chief of the Government Bureau, Trial Division Chief and Litigation and Training Director. Before moving to the public sector, Doug worked in the litigation department of Palmer & Dodge LLP. He has served as a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association's Civil Litigation Section, where he chaired the Superior Court Bench/ Bar Committee (Middlesex/Suffolk). He has co-chaired the Boston Bar Association Wetlands and Waterways Subcommittee of the Environmental Committee. Doug has argued more than 65 reported appellate cases in the state and federal courts. He has been published in a wide range of bar-related periodicals and has been a commentator for the New England Cable News. He is a magna cum laude graduate of both Harvard College (1975) and Harvard Law School (1978).
