Hundreds of acres of real estate in Massachusetts have been conserved through the services of Anderson & Kreiger. We have represented individuals and fiduciaries in the preservation of open space, forest, agricultural and recreational lands from Martha's Vineyard to the Berkshires, working with municipalities, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and conservation organizations to complete conservation restrictions and other conservation efforts on properties. Likewise, we routinely represent municipalities in the creation of conservation restrictions in conjunction with the distribution of Community Preservation Act funds and the public-private partnerships involved. Because we understand land conservation transactions from both the grantor and grantee perspectives, we know how best to ensure that our clients achieve their land conservation goals.
