Anderson & Kreiger attorneys successfully defended the Milwaukee County’s Mitchell International Airport against claims of unjust discrimination by one of its tenants. In the expedited proceeding, known as a “rocket docket”, the Federal Aviation Administration rejected the tenant’s contention that the Airport had wrongly refused to grant the claimant the same fueling rights as another. The two tenants, the FAA found, were not similarly situated, and the Airport lawfully differentiated between dissimilar aeronautical uses. See link for the full decision.
