Ryan D. Pace, Partner
Ryan Pace serves as counsel to fiduciaries, families, educational institutions, non-profit organizations and individuals for conveyancing, land use, development, permitting, leasing, financing and real estate planning projects. He also represents commercial clients in leasing, financing, permitting and land transfer transactions, and he regularly advises municipalities and developers on zoning, subdivision and land acquisition and transfer matters. Ryan has, for a number of years, provided services to the towns of Concord, Dover and Lexington in the real estate and land use areas.
In 2006, Ryan was named a Massachusetts "Rising Star," a designation of the state’s top real estate attorneys under 40 or practicing for 10 or fewer years. This designation was based, in part, on a survey of the top 5 percent of Massachusetts attorneys conducted by the publishers of Super Lawyers and Law & Politics.
Ryan joined Anderson & Kreiger after seven years practicing real estate law at Edwards Angell Palmer & Dodge LLP (formerly Palmer & Dodge LLP). Ryan received his JD from Boston College Law School and his BA in Political Science and American Studies, magna cum laude with high thesis honors, from Tufts University.
