Jenn has expertise in representing public and private clients in connection with the acquisition, subdivision, preservation, conservation, leasing and disposition of real estate. She has significant experience in conveyancing, land use planning, zoning and environmental matters including overseeing the creation of subdivision plans and conservation restrictions, analysis of zoning issues and the creation of condominiums.

Jenn is currently serving the Town of Hingham as Chairman of the Planning Board. Jenn is also involved in the Fresh Air Fund as a long-time Host Family and she loves serving her alma mater, Georgetown University, by conducting applicant interviews. She is a past member of the Board of Trustees of the Women’s Bar Foundation of Massachusetts and the Board of Trustees of Old Colony Montessori School.
