Anderson & Kreiger Supplier Diversity Program

Anderson & Kreiger is committed to continuing to expand its relationships with certified minority-owned, women-owned, disadvantaged/disabled, veteran-owned and LGBTQ+ businesses. The primary goal of Anderson & Kreiger’s Supplier Diversity Program is to satisfy our firm’s service and product needs by working with diverse businesses, as subcontractors or suppliers.  All employees at Anderson & Kreiger are encouraged to help identify diverse suppliers and present them to the firm’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee for consideration.  Eligible companies will be included in an internal firm database of minority-owned, women-owned, disadvantaged/disabled-owned, veteran-owned, and LGBTQ+ owned suppliers.

A key feature of the Supplier Diversity Program is our commitment that for each new vendor brought into the firm, Anderson & Kreiger pledges to interview and consider one, and hopefully more than one, certified minority-owned, women-owned, disadvantaged/disabled-owned, veteran-owned, and LGBTQ+ owned supplier.  Anderson & Kreiger will continue to track its annual spending with diverse suppliers to ensure that we are making a meaningful contribution to the success of certified minority-owned, women-owned, disadvantaged/disabled-owned, veteran-owned and LGBTQ+ owned businesses. The firm will report these results to all of its employees on an annual basis.
