Here are some of the reasons our hires came to Anderson & Kreiger:

It was important to me to be able to work with public-sector clients, so A&K’s municipal practice was what first drew my attention.  As I became more familiar with the firm, what attracted me more and more was the caliber of the firm’s work, the degree of responsibility given to junior attorneys, and the warmth of my colleagues.  I’m luck to work here!

Paul Kominers, entry-level hire (2018)

I came here because I wanted both to return to private practice, and be able to stay involved in public sector work. I knew the lawyers at A&K well from my years as General Counsel at Massport. A&K lawyers are noteworthy for being both collegial and excellent, and I wanted to be a part of that.

Dave Mackey, lateral hire (2013), former Massport Chief Legal Counsel

Initially, I was drawn to A&K because its municipal practice is a great way for a young attorney to gain experience while working on gratifying matters for cities and towns. But I was also pleasantly surprised by how much complex litigation the firm does. That factored into my decision. Also, I had heard favorable reports on the firm’s environmental practice in the legal community, and that played a role as well – I had worked for the DOJ’s Environmental Enforcement Section, and wanted to continue with environmental work.

Jessica Wall, entry-level hire (2013)

I liked A&K’s dedication to working for public sector clients, which is what I wanted to do – specifically environmental and local government work. During my summer here, I also had the chance to work on complex and important projects for our private sector clients. A&K provides challenging and exciting work in a friendly setting, with good mentorship. I think it’s pretty amazing that there is a firm like this.

Mina Makarious, entry-level hire (2009)
