On September 28, 2020, Anderson & Kreiger LLP attorneys Scott Lewis, Mina Makarious, and Annie Lee, working with our partners at Lawyers for Civil Rights filed a lawsuit on behalf of the Massachusetts Fair Housing Center and Housing Works to challenge HUD’s roll-back of housing discrimination protections under the Fair Housing Act (FHA).
