Anderson & Kreiger’s Environmental Practice Grows
Colin G. Van Dyke is joining our Environmental, Litigation and Real Estate practices.
We are pleased to announce that Colin Van Dyke has joined the firm. Colin counsels clients on environmental compliance, site remediation and re-development, and litigation. Colin’s practice also includes providing permitting advice to developers of real estate and industrial projects.
Colin joins the firm after more than a decade at Mintz Levin where he represented an array of clients, including Fortune 10 corporations, small businesses, hospitals, universities and non-profit organizations. His clients value Colin’s strategic and outcome-focused guidance and his ability to integrate with their business and operations teams.
Colin regularly provides pro bono legal services in environmental and civil rights cases. He also is Vice Chair of the Board of Directors of Zoo New England, a member of the Board of Directors of the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights and Economic Justice, and a member of the Management Committee for the Mass Bays National Estuary Program.
Colin joins an experienced environmental group at Anderson & Kreiger representing public and private clients in litigation matters, in a range of development projects, and in local, state and federal proceedings. Our environmental group works hand-in-hand with our litigation and real estate groups to provide our clients with sophisticated and efficient counsel. Managing Partner Dave Mackey said “the firm is proud to welcome Colin to what has become one of the deepest and most experienced environmental practices in New England. We know he will make a significant contribution to the firm and its clients.”
