• We represent an institutional owner in the leasing of properties in Cambridge, Massachusetts. In one representative matter we completed a 100,000 square foot lease for this client for office and laboratory use in one of its Kendall Square holdings.
  • We served as leasing counsel for Cargo Ventures on the 800,000 square foot Bronstein Center in South Boston, part of the Marine Industrial Park. We drafted and negotiated leases for over 225,000 square feet of manufacturing and office space in the Bronstein Center, and we negotiated a power purchase agreement for the installation of photovoltaic arrays on the building’s roof.
  • We have represented airports across the country in the negotiation of airport use and lease agreements for all passenger carriers who fly into our clients’ facilities.
  • Our retail leasing experience includes restaurant leasing for a national developer in its luxury mixed-use condominium building in Downtown Crossing, Boston. We negotiated the lease for a 5,500 square foot first class restaurant, including an agreement on the part of the tenant to provide food and beverage service to the building’s exclusive residential club. For the same building, we also negotiated the lease for an upscale café, which is the European tenant’s first U.S. retail location.
  • We routinely represent life sciences companies in laboratory and office space leasing in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Some of our recent work has included a 23,000 sublease converting to a direct lease for the headquarters of a publicly traded life sciences company in Cambridge’s Discovery Park. We have also represented life sciences companies in leasing and subleasing transactions in Kendall Square and University Park, Cambridge.
